Bibendum Catering

International Chef MARTA PULINI is the founding partner, together with Sabrina Lazzareschi, and the creative mind behind Bibendum Catering. She attended some of the most prestigious international schools of ne cuisine, among them “Le Cordon Bleu” of Paris and “Peter Kumpf” of New York. In 1989 she became Executive Chef of “Bice” Restaurant in New York and took care of new openings abroad:“Bice Paris” in 1990 and “Bice Chicago” in 1991.

Known in America as one of the most skilled teacher of Italian eno-gastronomics, in 1999 Marta Pulini was voted “Best Feminine Chef of the Year” by “Veronelli America” wine&food guide. From 1992 to 2002 she wrote four cooking books and attended many TV shows with major USA television channels.

Her recepies have appeared on famous magazines:
“The New York Times”, “The Philadelphia Times”, “New York Magazine”, “Bon Appetit”, “La Cucina Italiana” (USA edition).

Since 1999 she organized private catering services for VIPs from the show business and the art world in the USA:
ROBERT DE NIRO, STEVE MARTIN, ISABELLA ROSSELLINI, DOLCE & GABBANA, RALPH LAUREN, JULIAN SCHNABEL, GIORGIO ARMANI AND GAETANO PESCE. In 2011, Bibendum together with the well know italian CHEF MASSIMO BOTTURA (one of the most important italian chef in the world) took over the management of Franceschetta58 Bistrot located in Modena Italy. The most important international project was the Temporary Restaurant CASA ITALIA during the London Olympic Games 2012.

Marta Pulini is the ambassadress of DOM PERIGNON in Italy.
